Qualifications/Desired Skills:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting (or equivalent)
- Valid SLPA license for California
- School-based SLPA experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under supervision of an SLP
- Implement, document, and monitor individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Communicate progress and participate in team meetings
- Assist with screening and assessments as needed
