School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Kerman, California

Your key qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license
- Minimum of 3 months' experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, ideally within a school setting
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies for young learners
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision
- Supporting comprehensive treatment plans individually and in groups for elementary-aged students
- Tracking student progress, collecting data, and contributing to documentation requirements
- Communicating effectively with the supervising SLP, school staff, and families as needed
