Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of Texas
- Previous experience in school settings and with school-age populations is highly valued
- Comfortable collaborating with fellow SLPAs, SLPs, educators, and administrators
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and manage varying caseloads
- Thorough understanding of confidentiality and privacy standards in educational settings
- Timely completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed SLPs

- Maintain detailed documentation and progress records for each student
- Communicate effectively with student support teams and case managers
- Participate in ongoing district training and staff meetings as needed
