Position Overview:
Full-time bilingual SLPA role within Spring Branch ISD
School-based assignment with campuses to be determined
Support speech-language services across assigned schools
Work with a diverse K–12 student population
Schedule and Contract:
School Year: August 3, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Daily Schedule: 7 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Monday–Friday following the school calendar
Role and Responsibilities -
In this role, you will support speech-language services under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct therapy support to students
Implementing treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
Assisting with documentation and progress tracking
Supporting IEP goals and classroom carryover of skills
Collaborating with teachers and related service providers
Managing responsibilities across assigned campuses
Qualifications:
Active Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Credentialing Requirements:
Time-sensitive onboarding and district credentialing process required
Additional documentation may be requested by the district
