This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll be part of a collaborative special education team haciendo una diferencia todos los dias.
Position Overview:
- Role: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Setting: Onsite – West Houston, TX (school-based)
Compensation:
$43–$46/hour for bilingual candidates (¡espanol es un gran plus!)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting licensed SLPs in delivering individualized therapy services
- Working directly with students to help them reach their communication goals
- Assisting with screenings and evaluations as directed
- Tracking progress and maintaining clear, compliant documentation
- Creating and preparing therapy materials aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams trabajando juntos por el exito de cada estudiante
- Supporting both classroom-based and pull-out services
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas SLPA license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping students thrive
