Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - West Houston, TX
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) for a full-time (37.5 hours/week), onsite W-2 position with school districts in the West Houston, Texas area for the upcoming school year.

Position Details:
Role: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Onsite – West Houston, TX area school districts
Assignment Dates: 8/3/26 to 5/27/27
Renewal: Based on performance and district needs
Pay Rate:
$38.00 to $42.00 per hour based on experience
$43.00 to $46.00 per hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
Typical Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision
Support evaluation and screening processes as directed by supervising SLP
Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
Prepare materials and therapy activities aligned with student goals
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and related service providers
Maintain compliance with IEP goals and district/state guidelines
Support classroom-based and pull-out therapy models as assigned
