Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid, active SLP license and educator certifications required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Flexible to serve across multiple school sites if needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students, with caseload specifics provided prior to placement
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and monitor student progress
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student goals are met
- Complete accurate paperwork and maintain records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
This assignment features a competitive pay range based on school-based experience, beginning at $40/hour and increasing for candidates with greater tenure. Timing for interviews is flexible, with prescreen availability between 9–11 a.m. and 2–3 p.m. EST to accommodate your schedule.
