Speech Language Pathologist in Burlington, NC

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid educator credentials required for school-based practice
- Experience in school settings preferred, but all levels encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible and evolving school caseloads (age group and number of schools assigned TBD)
- Commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards in service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy
- Document student progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Adjust services as needed based on student performance and evolving district needs
