Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent coursework
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well both independently and as a dynamic team member
Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students in building communication, articulation, social, and language skills
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
- Utilize creative and adaptive strategies to engage diverse learners
