Travel School-Based Speech Pathology Assistant | Franklin, Massachusetts

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct treatment services in a school setting during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This full-time travel position is based in Franklin, MA, running from the last week of April through the first week of August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct treatment sessions to students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 students.
- Collaborate closely with the SLP and other team members to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing treatment planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed training and certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring consistent progress for each student.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to Franklin, MA for the duration of the ESY program.
