School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Fountain, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification for the state of Colorado
- Experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and goals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement therapy techniques to support student goals, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Document therapy sessions, maintain detailed records, and prepare progress notes
- Support SLPs in developing and modifying intervention materials tailored to individual student needs
- Assist in data collection and progress monitoring as part of the IEP team
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success
