Position Details
Multiple SLPA openings throughout the Fort Worth, TX area
Full-time opportunities available
School year dates: August 10, 2026 – May 21, 2027
Onsite positions
Opportunities available with students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade
Placements will be based on age group experience, when possible
Location preferences will also be taken into consideration
Supportive school districts and collaborative special education teams
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Implement treatment plans and IEP goals as directed by the supervising SLP
Collect therapy data and document student progress
Assist with screenings, therapy preparation, and instructional materials
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or eligibility for licensure
Ability to work onsite within a school setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred, but not required
Candidates transitioning from outpatient, clinic, or pediatric therapy settings are encouraged to apply
