Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid SLPA license and credentials in California
• Prior experience as an SLPA in a school environment preferred
• Knowledge of speech-language disorders and intervention strategies

• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in carrying out prescribed therapy plans
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students on speech and language goals
• Document student progress and support assessments
• Prepare therapy materials and keep accurate records
• Engage positively with students, providing encouragement and creating a supportive environment
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and educational staff regarding student needs and progress
