Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license/certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills—especially in high-stress or crisis situations
- Ability to provide services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites as needed (onsite only)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation according to school policies
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student support
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
- Adjust services and strategies to meet diverse student needs
