What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field (or an AAS from an SLPA program)
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to navigate high-stress situations with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to travel between school buildings during the day as needed
• Commitment to providing high-quality direct and indirect services in alignment with student IEPs
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with educators and receiving ongoing supervision from SLPs
What you’ll do:
• Deliver speech and language support to students, as outlined in their IEPs
• Partner with teachers and specialists to help students achieve their communication goals
• Travel between sites if required, ensuring consistent care across different school settings
• Maintain meticulous records of services provided and student progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff development
