Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students established in their IEPs under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Gather and document student performance data, update progress notes, and maintain detailed records
- Prepare therapy materials and participate in group and individual sessions as directed
- Support IEP meetings by sharing observations and student progress information
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent practice and carryover of skills within the classroom and at home
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
