Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to high school students as directed by a supervising SLP
- Support IEP implementation by preparing and following therapy plans, documenting student progress, and participating in meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with educational and legal guidelines
- Utilize both in-person and remote resources to maximize student engagement and progress
- Assist in student screenings and the development of individualized treatment programs
