- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with various age groups and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with screening and assessment of students’ speech and language abilities
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records as required
- Support the implementation of IEP goals and strategies across different classrooms
- Contribute to the creation of engaging therapy activities suited to students’ developmental stages
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and parents to ensure cohesive support
