Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity | Fort Worth, TX
We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in an educational setting in Fort Worth, TX. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services and help students achieve their communication goals.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 21, 2027
- Full-time position
- Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Elementary school caseload
- Approximately 70-80 direct-service students
- Services provided primarily in small group settings
- Work closely with and under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Onsite position
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student success
