ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, providing speech and language services to a manageable K–12 caseload while working alongside experienced educational professionals.

Job Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Full-Time
- 5 days per week
- Onsite position
- Single campus assignment
- Approximately 39-student caseload
- Students present with primarily mild to moderate communication needs, including:
- Articulation disorders
- Pragmatic (social communication) skills
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $30-35/ hour
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology studies or a related field
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- Ability to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
