Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience as an SLPA in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Support educators and participate in IEP/504 plan meetings as needed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
