Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Broomfield, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license (required)
- Prior school-based experience or familiarity with educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children reach communication and social milestones
- Ability to manage early childhood and elementary caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students under SLP supervision
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collect data, monitor progress, and assist in documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to generalize skills
- Support classroom communication needs and modify materials as directed
