Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Longmont, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, especially with early childhood and elementary-aged individuals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for student, staff, and family collaboration
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual student needs
- Responsible, dependable, and organized
Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech and language therapy activities as planned by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students in developing receptive and expressive language, articulation, and social communication skills
- Document student progress and maintain accurate session notes
- Contribute to IEP meetings and communicate observations to the educational team
- Help build a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as needed
