School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Collinsville, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program
- Current SLPA certification or eligibility for state licensure
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, families, and students
- Adaptability and a passion for helping diverse learners thrive
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy and communication-based interventions
- Support students individually or in small groups under supervision
- Track and document student progress, data collection, and session notes
- Prepare instructional materials and assist in maintaining an organized learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all learners
This full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of a school community.
