Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists with implementing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions
- Support students individually or in small groups to address communication and language goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records as directed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Prepare therapy materials and assist with general clerical tasks related to speech services
- Foster a positive environment that encourages student growth and communication confidence
