School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLPA license for the state of Massachusetts (SLPA MA)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and student needs
- Experience in healthcare settings considered a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language therapy plans designed by a licensed SLP
- Support students throughout the K-12 age range, adapting strategies as needed
- Document student progress and provide regular updates to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Assist with screenings and administrative tasks related to therapy sessions
