School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in Massachusetts (SLPA MA)
- Experience or strong interest in working in both school and healthcare environments
- Previous exposure to K-12 student populations is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions and support programs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with assessment, progress monitoring, and individualized education plan (IEP) implementation
- Support students throughout daily activities to enhance communication and social skills
- Maintain accurate service records and participate in team meetings as needed
- Adapt to varying school schedules and student needs, providing compassionate care
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment for all learners

This is a full-time contract role with a schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, beginning in September 2026 and concluding in June 2027.
