Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP.
Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, and communication goals.
Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
Assist with classroom collaboration and carryover of speech and language strategies.
Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines.
Caseload Information
- Caseload: To Be Determined
- Grade Levels: Based on district needs
- School Setting: Elementary, Middle School, and/or High School
- Additional caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Active Minnesota SLPA license/certification or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
