Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students per IEP guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff to foster student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team conferences
- Offer guidance and strategies to classroom teachers for student carryover and generalization
- Function as a resource for students requiring specialized communication supports
