Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong new graduates will be considered
- Proficiency supporting K-12 students, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as required
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective student-centered care
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
