With a manageable caseload of 40 students across three sites, you’ll have the opportunity to provide targeted interventions and meaningful support throughout the full school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong new graduates will be considered
  • Proficiency supporting K-12 students, especially at the elementary level
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites as required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective student-centered care
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
