Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant and supportive school community. This full-time contract opportunity runs through June 2027 and offers the flexibility to work either fully onsite or in a hybrid capacity, depending on your preference and experience.

You’ll work with about 45 young learners, providing crucial services that help shape their communication skills and overall academic journey. If you have experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), that's a valuable asset, but it's not required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with appropriate certifications.
  • Experience in an elementary school setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Strong commitment to supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • AAC experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to begin as soon as possible and remain committed through early June 2027.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect services to elementary-aged students.
  • Conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive and inclusive educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student success.
