Qualifications:
- Active and current SLP license and certification
- Experience working within elementary school settings preferred
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Ability to provide high-quality therapy both in-person and, potentially, remotely
- AAC experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students on an individual and group basis
- Assess, identify, and document student needs and progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and development of treatment plans
- Adapt therapy approaches for hybrid or onsite service delivery as needed
