Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license; CCC certification required
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred
- Comfortable providing services to students from kindergarten through high school, with a primary focus on elementary ages
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working across three school sites
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, evaluating and delivering individualized therapy services
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to address articulation, language, fluency, and other communication needs
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and regular documentation in alignment with school and district guidelines
- Engage with families and teachers to support generalization of speech-language skills in everyday settings
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school-based activities as needed
