Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA credential or state license required
- Previous school-based experience as an SLPA is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Organized, dependable, and passionate about student support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language interventions to students under supervision of an SLP
- Follow established treatment plans and contribute to progress documentation
- Collect and record data on student goals and performance
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal service requirements
