Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification as required by state regulations
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred

- Ability to work effectively under the virtual supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under the direction of a licensed SLP
- Conduct therapy sessions focused on improving students' speech, language, and communication skills
- Assist in preparing materials and activities for therapy sessions
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Participate in team meetings and coordinate with teachers, staff, and families
- Collaborate remotely with a supervising SLP to ensure best practices and compliance
