Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Belton, TX

Caseload sizes are intentionally kept manageable, ensuring effective service delivery and a rewarding professional experience.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility toward caseload ages and assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records
- Adapt and implement therapy plans as directed by the supervising SLP
- Support ongoing evaluation and adjustment of interventions to enhance student success
