Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Must possess an active Maryland Professional SLPA license.
- Previous experience in a school setting with children ages PreK-5th grade is preferred, but newer graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic caseloads across two school sites.
- Willingness to complete all required credentialing, including background checks, fingerprinting, and employment history per Maryland House Bill 486.

- Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by supervising SLPs.
- Support IEP goals, document progress, and communicate effectively with teachers and families.
- Serve students across Magnolia and Prospect Mill Elementary Schools, rotating throughout the week.
