Qualifications:
- Current MD Professional Licensure as an SLPA (active and in good standing)
- Previous school-based experience valued (all levels welcome, including new graduates)
- Ability to fulfill House Bill 486 requirements (background check, fingerprinting, employment history)
- Must be present on-site for scheduled days at both Magnolia (T/W/R) and Prospect Mill (M/W) Elementary Schools
- Flexibility with assignments and adaptability to different school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy support to students in preK–5th grade, under SLP supervision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and assist in assessment as required
- Foster inclusive learning environments with compassion and professionalism
