Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license in current standing (please provide license and certification number with your application)
- Experience in a school environment or working with children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of diverse student populations
- Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50–60 elementary students
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and preparation of therapy materials
- Work across two engaging school sites throughout the academic year (August 31 – June 4)
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
