School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Anoka, Minnesota

Required qualifications and experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Minnesota; be sure to include your certification number with your application
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
- A passion for supporting students’ communication needs
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and supervising SLP
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language intervention services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Supporting students individually and in group settings to address their IEP goals
- Assisting in evaluations, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Maintaining effective communication with teachers, caregivers, and therapy team members
- Staying current with best practices in serving elementary-aged children
