Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license and current certification number required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, is highly valued
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience implementing speech-language interventions as directed by a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Adaptable to fast-paced academic environments
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support and interventions to elementary students under guidance of a supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and session data
- Assist with development and execution of materials for targeted speech and language therapy
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions, sharing observations and progress updates
