Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time school-based positions in Yuma, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed SLPs and SLPAs looking for stable, full-time employment in a school setting serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade.
Position Details
- Location: Yuma, AZ
- Position Types: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- School Year: August 3, 2026 – May 26, 2027
- Student Population: Pre-K through 8th Grade
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and IEP-related records
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
Qualifications Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Active Arizona SLPA License
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
