School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Yuba City, California

Two onsite openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a positive impact with a diverse K-12 student population. The roles span the current and upcoming school year, offering a consistent schedule through June 3, 2026.
Leverage your expertise to provide high-quality speech and language services in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You'll work alongside staff and families, addressing a range of mild to severe diagnoses and guiding students toward achieving their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP)
- California SLP licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseload and provide comprehensive case management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working onsite with K-12 age group
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students with varying needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform intervention strategies
- Manage student caseload and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Participate in IEP meetings and school staff consultations
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
