Key Qualifications:
- Valid ASHA Certification and California SLP License required
- Certificate of Clearance (COC) mandatory
- Experience or interest in working with preschool-aged students
- SEIS documentation experience preferred
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates, as well as those with a background in school-based settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress using SEIS (preferred but not required)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and district requirements
