Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan SLP license required (no SLP-CF's, must be fully credentialed)
  • Prior school-based SLP or Special Education experience preferred
  • Comfortable serving K-12 populations
  • Commitment to providing in-person services (not a virtual/remote role)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
  • Conduct assessments and participate in evaluation processes
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
