Key Requirements:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Previous SLP experience in a school setting (no Clinical Fellows at this time)
- Comfortable with K-12 caseloads, adapting support across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, special education teams, and families
- Must be able to work onsite (remote/virtual work is not an option for this role)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress efficiently
- Collaborate with special education teachers and classroom staff to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
- Engage families and participate in IEP meetings to review goals and progress
- Maintain compliance with state and district regulations while tracking student outcomes
