Speech and Language Pathologist in Plainfield, IL

What we're looking for:
- Active and valid SLP-CCC licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting required
- Confidence in managing caseloads that include direct service and consultative models
- Familiarity with high-minute service delivery, especially for students with autism
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for students across a range of needs, including direct and consultative services
- Monitor progress, maintain records, and prepare documentation as required by educational guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Serve multiple schools or programs within Morris, handling caseload assignments such as GCSEC, Nettle Creek, TLC (consult only), Minooka Intermediate Autism, and Walnut Trails Autism
- Adapt strategies to best meet each student’s unique communication needs
