This full-time contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is onsite and offers the chance to work with incredible students in a collaborative environment. The position begins as soon as possible, runs through May 29th, and continues for the entire month of September, making it a great way to shape young lives across two academic periods.

As a member of the team, you’ll provide vital speech and language services, develop individualized plans, and collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure students’ needs are met.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure in Illinois (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with students, staff, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individual plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions for a school-aged caseload
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for all learners
