- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) alongside educators, families, and other specialists
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate communication supports in the classroom
- Maintain thorough and timely session notes, progress reports, and student records in compliance with district and federal requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Offer supportive guidance to families regarding communication development and home-based strategies
- Engage in professional development opportunities and mentorship as needed
