Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification for Pennsylvania
- Pennsylvania teaching certificate required
- Experience serving K-12 students in a school environment is strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to fostering communication and language development
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs across grade levels K-12
- Evaluate students using formal and informal assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed
