Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based experience preferred, with ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload
- Familiarity with IEP process and special education documentation requirements
- Collaborative and patient, with strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate intervention plans for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development and review of student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes
